DUE THURSDAY:
Your Project #1 poster ads are due in class on Thursday, printed, trimmed to 10 x 16", and mounted on matte board. We will review as a group critique.
Thursday 9/27 - In-Class: 1. Group critique of Project #1 - Branded poster ads. 2. Chapters 2 & 3 Review (Unity & Emphasis and Focal Point);
Intro to Ch. 4 & 5 (Scale & Proportion and Balance)
Week 4 Homework: 1. Read Chapters 4 and 5: Scale & Proportion and Balance 2. Find 1 example of graphic design that uses Scale & Proportion, and 1 example that uses Balance (something that is NOT from your textbook! Go online, go to the library and look at design books and photocopy something!) and bring them to class on Tuesday!
